Muoi was born on February 9, 1952, in Cho Lon, Vietnam. She graduated from high school and later married the love of her life, Hung Thanh Trac, whom she met through her sister-in-law. Together, they built a loving family and shared many years of life together. Following Hung’s passing in August 1998, Muoi remained a devoted widow, carrying his memory with her throughout the rest of her life.
Muoi dedicated her life to her family as a housewife and took great pride in caring for her children. She was a loving and devoted mother whose greatest joy was making sure her family was cared for and surrounded by love. Her home was a place of warmth and welcome, and she had a remarkable ability to make those around her feel accepted and valued.
Those who knew Muoi will remember her for her kindness, generosity, and forgiving heart. She was welcoming, optimistic, empathetic, and compassionate. She gave freely of herself and was always willing to forgive and see the good in others. Her gentle spirit and generous nature touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Muoi also found joy in experiencing life. She enjoyed attending concerts and traveling, creating memories that she cherished with her loved ones. Her optimism and appreciation for life remained a beautiful part of who she was.
Muoi was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Hung Thanh Trac.
She leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish her memory: her daughter, Eryn Trac; son-in-law, Anthony Willis; grandson, Parker Willis; her son, Doug Trac; daughter-in-law, Kelly Nguyen; granddaughter, Ellie Trac; grandson, Rayden Trac; her son, Yuan Trac; daughter-in-law, Della Halim; and granddaughter, Xyra Trac.
Though Muoi is no longer with us, the love she gave, the kindness she shared, and the memories she created will remain in the hearts of her family and friends. Her legacy lives on through her children, grandchildren, and all those whose lives she touched.
She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever cherished.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at the Westminster Memorial Park Lakeside Chapel.
A funeral service will follow at 10:45 a.m., also at the Westminster Memorial Park Lakeside Chapel.
A committal service will follow at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, California.
