Norman Wilson Todd of Long Beach, California passed away on November 28, 2016. A visitation will take place on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm in the Westminster Memorial Park Carolina Chapel. Services will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at 12:00 noon in the Westminster Memorial Park Main Chapel with a graveside service to follow.
