I have fond memories of Phil such as the time he sang Bobby Sherman's Julie Julie Do You Live Me on our living room loveseat.  It was the early 70s and was very close with his family, Roger, Jeff, and their mother Mary.

I grew up with Phil and treasure many fond shared memories of him, who was a frequent house guest, one particular memory, singing Bobby Sherman's, "Julie, Julie do you love me."  It was the time of the late 1960s and early 70s.  In high school, he intervened when a bully tried to pick up fight, thus foiling the bully's plan.  Phil's father did not survive World War Two, so he grew up without a father.  He had two fine older brothers.  I wished we could have stayed in contact all these years.  Until we meet again,  Phil.

I am sorry sorry for your loss. My condolences go out to your family. 
I may have not personally known him, but from all the love he is receiving from friends and family and the amazing family he has raised, he must have been incredible.

Godspeed Phil.  You will be missed.  God must need you to take care of some "wind-dancing" for Him.

Dear Lori....I am so sad to hear of this loss.  It seems as though Phil has always been a part of Steve.  My deepest sympathy to you and your family at this very difficlt time.

Phil will be remembered by our family as an authentic, gentle man who remained true to his personal values and laid-back sense of casual style. We will always look back fondly on the time spent with Phil, Laurie and the boys during the Little League and grade school years.

We will always treasure your friendship.  You were always so kind, generous and thoughtful and had a real zest for life.... You showed so much love for your family and friends and we will never forget all the wonderful the childhood memories........ Gone to soon.... The Noble Family
