Ramona Luisa Talamantes

Talamantes, Ramona L. 63, born December 15, 1949, deceased January 8, 2013. Passed away on Tuesday evening at West Anaheim Medical Center surrounded by family. Mona was a devoted wife , mother, grand-mother , sister, aunt and friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered. Beloved wife of 45 years to George B. Talamantes. Cherished mother of Lisa Wilcox, Cathy Navarrete and son- in -law Jose Navarrete Jr. Adored great - grand mother of Angel and Jessica Navarrete and Robert Wilcox. Great - grand mother to Joshua and Jordan Navarrete. Loving sister to RosieEscobar, Annie Olmedo, Guadalupe Reyes, Gloria Vasquez, Patricia Jordan and brothers; Frank III, James and Henry Gonzales. Ramona was loved by very many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces and Godchildren as well. She was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Soledad Gonzales. Ramona was a lifetime Parish member of St. Polycarp Church, Stanton , California. The Talamantes / Gonzales family is most grateful to all who loved Ramona. Visitation will be held at the Westminster Park, 14801 Beach Blvd. in Westminster , on Tuesday January 15th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with the Rosary begining at 6:00 p.m. The Funeral service will begin on Wednesday, January 16th at 10 : a.m. at St. Polycarp Church , Chapman Ave, Stanton. Immedietly follwing mass the burial will be held at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, 7845 Santiago Canyon Rd., Orange.
