Robert Payne was born in Charlotte, North Carolina on January 4, 1942 and then moved to Southern California at a very young age. He worked at Douglas/McDonnell Douglas/Boeing Aircraft for almost 30 years after an Honorable Discharge from the Army. He was married for 52 years and had three sons. He is a Beloved Husband, Beloved Father and Beloved Grandfather. He loved his family and was very proud of all of them. He passed on January 8, 2021. We will love and miss him always. He is survived by his wife, three sons, two daughters-in-law and five grandchildren.
