

Ruby Nell Tracey 98, of Santa Ana California, passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025. She was born to Alfred and Evie Clement of Henderson, TN, on September 25, 1927, growing up on a farm during the Great Depression.
Ruby moved to Southern California when she became an adult. She met the love of her life, Charles “Dick” Tracey, to whom she was married for 24 years before his passing in 1978.
Ruby’s family and friends will remember her for her quick wit, her sense of humor and playfulness, and her strength of character. She was a devoted member of the Crystal Cathedral and had a deep and abiding faith in the Lord. She loved traveling, especially to Hawaii with her friend, Belvah. She was a very generous person with her time and resources.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dick Tracey, her step-daughter, Patricia Pavey-Tracey, her parents, Alfred and Evie Clement, her brothers Fred Clement and Royal Clement, and her sister, Joy Wetherholt, a nephew Bryan Clement. Left to cherish her life are her nieces and several nephews, Great nieces and nephews, Great-Great nieces and nephews and loving friends.
A celebration of life will be held on November 24, 2025, at the Westminster, Memorial Park and Mortuary at 11:30 AM in the Lakeside chapel with an interment to follow. Reception to follow the interment from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM in the Westminster Memorial Park Hospitality Room, located in the main building facing Beach Blvd.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to her favorite charity Shepherd’s Grove Church in Irvine, California.
