Colby was predeceased by his grandparents, Alphonse & Rose Hoffart (Gabb) and Peter Gaab and Richard & Vera Westberg; cousin, Taylor Hoffart; aunt, Joanne Wood & uncle, Don Dorsey.
Colby will be forever loved and missed by his parents, Jerome & Charlene Hoffart of Yellow Grass, SK;
brother, Preston Hoffart (Zoe Pfeifer) of Moose Jaw, SK; his cat, Mitts; uncles and aunts, Betty Hoffart, Dennis (Val) Hoffart, Donald (Robyn) Hoffart, Ronald Hoffart, Carol (Dwayne) Leslie, Cindy (Don) Bourassa and all of their families; Terry Westberg (Gina Pappas), Donald Westberg (Marg Holtsman), Allan Westberg and all of their families.
At the request of Colby and his family, A Private Funeral Service took place followed by Interment at the Yellow Grass Cemetery, Yellow Grass, Saskatchewan. Pallbearers are Preston Hoffart, Barack Olweny, Shelby Olweny, Noah Bourassa, Landon Hill and Glenn Walkeden.
