Elcey was predeceased by her husband, Leon Bellavance; daughter and son-in-law, Marlene (Rick) Fellner; sons, David, Russell and Dwaine Bellavance;daughter-in-law, Judy Bellavance; son-in-law, Denis Fradette; infant grandson, Michael Bellavance; infant great, great grandson, Grayson Fradette; parents, Earl and Bessie Toovey; sisters, Doris Perrin and Leapha Goodman and brothers, Floyd Slater, Robert, Glen and Alvin Toovey.
She leaves to mourn her children, Lionel (Louise), Rene (Pat), Barbara (Garry), Bob (Liana), Denis (Jessi) and Sandra (Tim); daughters-in-law, Irene, Linda, Angela & Sharolyn Bellavance and Linda McIntyre-Swanson; 32 grandchildren, 57 great grandchildren, 46 great, great grandchildren; 2 great, great, great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
At the request of Elcey and her family cremation will take place and a Private Family Service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Elcey may be made to the Radville Marian Health Care Auxiliary at Box 459, Radville, Saskatchewan S0C 2G0.
