Jean was predeceased by her parents, Gilbert and Dorothy Matthews; husband, Stanley; brothers, Glenn and Murray; sister, Mary; sisters-in-law, Sheila Matthews and Lillian Matthews; and brother-in-law, Bill Striker.
Jean is survived by her daughter, Carol Peterson (William Prentice) of Ogema, SK and family, Heath (Jennifer) Peterson and Parker; Dianne (Cory) Cleverley and Ayden, Beilee and Ethan; son, Gordon (Jann) Porritt of Regina, SK and family, Chad Porritt (Crystal Masney) and family, Journey Masney and Owen Porritt; Jocelyn and Chloe James; Joanne (Eric) Bower and Willa and Winnifred, all of Regina, SK; sisters, Hazel Striker, Marjorie (Irvine) Marshall and Doreen (Gerald) McKechnie; brothers, Robert (Lois) Matthews, William (Delores) Matthews as well as other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
