Kayla, Jordyn and Carter: I will always the happy and loving Joe. He struggled long and hard to be that man! He had such a generous heart. When I broke my ankle while painting my living room, Joe came and finished it for me. We talked a lot while painting and he told me a lot about himself and how much he loved all of you. He was so much fun in Prairie Players. His battle is over and now may he Rest In Peace, knowing he will be remembered for ALL that he was, not just a part.
Hugs and love from Greg and I

My deepest love to you, Kayla and your beautiful. I remember lots of wonderful things about Joe...how much he loved his wife and children especially. Joe was a people person. He really enjoyed being around others and was always friendly and had the biggest and warmest smile. A lovely memory I have is when Joe and Kayla came to Kayla‘s Dad’s house to surprise him on the day he had his big auction sale. They drove for eight hours just for the one day and drove all the way back. He and Kayla were such a big help to Kayla’s Dad that day. Joe had a good heart and we will miss him. Take good care my sweet Kayla and hug your children tight. Love you all. ♥️❤️

Dear Joey, I remember your mom bringing you home from the hospital. You were so loved and the cutest kid, you had your mom wrapped right around your little finger. You will be much missed.

He wanted to be known as "Joee".
A bright, charismatic young man who joined our 12 Step program on Salt Spring Island, BC.
Joee had his ghosts - he fought them and conquered them for a while.
He "slipped" and came back stronger than ever.
Goodbye Joee; you are missed.

Much love to you, dear Kayla. Sending peace and strength to you and the kids. Joe was his own man, often with a smile on his face, a good story and able to poke fun at his wrongdoings. He was his best with you and his family. I know this is an incredibly difficult time. Please know you’re loved, supported and treasured. Family never quits.
