

Norma is survived by sons Greg (Vicki) and Laurie (Tracy), grandchildren Cody, Kristen, Alison and Mckenzie, great grandchildren Olivia and Jamieson, and sister Willna (Bill) Robertson.
Norma was born on the homestead near Abbott, Saskatchewan. Growing up, she attended Millbrook and Abbott country schools and Radville High School. At the age of 16, Norma was teaching at Abbott school followed by one year teaching at Eastend, Saskatchewan. At the age of 18, she moved to Toronto and worked for 2 and 1/2 years at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce Head Office on King Street. Norma married Fred Page in Willowbrook, Ontario in 1948 and in 1949 they moved to her parent’s farm east of Abbott, Saskatchewan. In 1949, first son Greg was born, three years later Lawrence was born. In 1951 Fred and Norma purchased the Alof & Edith Anderson farm where they would farm for the next 40 years. During those years, Fred and Norma were active in the community; Norma was very active in the Abbott Homemakers Club and other local activities such as square dancing, curling at the Radville Curling Rink winning a few bonspiels with the Verna Scott rink. Fred and Norma made many trips back to Toronto as well as enjoying ocean cruises to Mexico, Hawaii, the Canary Islands, Barbados as well as Las Vegas. After retiring from farming, Fred and Norma moved to their farm in Mission, BC where they enjoyed a warmer climate. After the sale of the farm in 2007, Norma returned to her house in Radville to spend the last years of her life among friends and family.
