January 27, 1930 – September 12, 2019
Alberta was born to Mert and Naomi Jordan, Denver Colorado.
As young as 12 years old she could make her own clothes and even made dresses for her friends for special dances. Her friends and school activities meant the world to her. She was cheerleader, part of the Valkyrie’s Club at North High School and graduated in the Class of 1948.
After her much fun in High School, her focus was on her family. Her MANY talents, strength through trials, and unconditional love are what our memories are made of she was a woman of dignity who took pride in herself and her family. Of course her babies were adorned by her custom creations.
Mom also believed windows were for covering. She and her good friend, Jackie Krebs, had a drapery business for a short time. She helped her daughters, daughters-in-law and granddaughters with custom draperies. She made a house a home.
Alberta carried on a tradition of making holidays as memorable as could be. Every Christmas was as special as the last! Her favorite creative tools were her sewing machine, cook books and all the utensils, paints & canvas. Gardening wasn’t her favorite but she did have a green thumb and filled her home with flowers inside and out.
She was Poetry in Motion.
Alberta maintained an elaborate scrap book full of her High School memories and every fun time throughout courting with the Love of Her Life. She recorded her Life and Love Story.
Out of all of her travels, Hawaii stole her heart.
Alberta was preceded in death by her husband Gene F. Eberl, daughter Jeannie Lucille Eberl-Wilson and great-grandsons, Anthony Wallis and Luke Alps. She is survived by children Mark (Jackie), Debbi (Todd) and Kirk (Grace), twelve grandchildren, twenty five great-grandchildren, brother Lester Jordan and family, sister Cynthia Jordan Lawson and family and numerous other family members and friends.
We praise the Lord for her welcoming to paradise! She is at peace. We can see her beautiful face as she entered the presence of her Heavenly Father.
