It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved son, brother, boyfriend, family member, and friend, Angel Cervantes, who passed away on May 21, 2026, in Denver, Colorado, just one day before his 26th birthday.

Angel was a loving son to Marlinda Mendoza and Juan Angel Cervantes Chavez, a cherished brother to Amber Mendoza, Daniel Salazar, Erick Cervantes, and Mario Cervantes, and a devoted boyfriend to Clarissa Kennedy, and he was incredibly proud to have the privilege of being a godfather to Coraline Jayde. He was deeply loved by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Angel Cervantes lived his life with a joy that was impossible to ignore. Family‑oriented to his core, he made sure the people he loved never had to wonder how much they meant to him. Whether he was dancing, singing, or cracking jokes, Angel had a gift for turning ordinary moments into memories that still make us smile.
