Such a beautiful, wonderful love you gave to all who entered your loving home.  I thank you for all the good advice you offered when we needed it the most.  We always felt “at home” during our visits. It was a pleasure and a real Gift from God to be with you.  I learned so much from you in so many ways. God bless you and keep you in His Loving care. I will always remember my Aunt Angie as a strong, no nonsense, stern, but kind, woman. She was a force to be reckoned with, & I loved that about her❣️ I remember how loving & giving she was to my mom & Popsy.  Mom was so grateful that they had become so very close in their later years. Mom spoke of their closeness often. During conversations  with mom, I came to know just how much she valued Aunt Angie’s friendship & love.  I will always treasure her memory 💖.

Grandma,  I don’t even know where to begin.  I was always stuck to your hip.  Wherever you would go, I would go.  You raised us from the time we were babies until we were grown enough to watch ourselves.   I’m so thankful and grateful for all the memories from spaghetti day at school,  to being Hobos and ghosts on Halloween.... Christmas was always my favorite because no matter what,  family was all you cared about.   Your stern and strict love gave us all we ever needed.  Your unconditional love was the best feeling we could ever have.... and your chicken mole will always be my favorite!   From snow days and  snowmen to summer vacations and beaches... I’m glad I have so many memories spent with you grandma.... my first drink in Vegas was with you...  a 7 and 7....and a strawberry daiquiri..... I’m going to miss you!   I already miss you!  I love you!  Give grandpa and Aunt Gen a hug from me.   Take care of us, and watch over us all.   I love you grandma! 

Grandma Thankyou for all you have done for our whole family. I am going to miss going to your house everyday during the summer and having water gun fights with everyone. I love and miss you grandma.

Grandma thank you for all that you for all that you have done for me and everybody else.  I miss you more and more everyday and I won’t forget all the memories we have with you.  The best days of my life were hanging out with you during the summer and going camping. I love and miss you grandma. 

This is definitely the hardest times for me because knowing that I can’t hug and kiss my grandma ever again but the best memory I have with my grandma is when I was really young on Halloween day we would go Apple bobbing and after that grandma would dress up as a hobo and chase us around the house. I love you grandma and I love my heart your memories with me will never go away love you 💗

My father, David Rivera, Angie's younger brother, very much captures my own experiences with Aunt Angie. Although our families were often apart for geographical and other reasons, Aunt Angie always reached out to me and my own family to let us know we were in her thoughts and prayers. I can still hear her call me "mijo," and it reminds me of where I come from. When we learned of Aunt Angie's passing, I went back into my photos and showed my son Hector the pictures my wife Susan and I took with her, her family, and all my aunts and uncles when we visited Denver in 2013. I'll always be grateful that Aunt Angie got to hold Hector when he was five months old. I'm sorry we can't be there with you all, but we send you our love and condolences from Orlando, FL -- Mark Rivera, Susan Valentine, and Hector Valentine-Rivera (now 7yo!)

In my eyes, Angela taught me many things that I will be forever grateful for.
 She inspired me with her courage, her ability to continue to put one foot in front of the other, and to always look up for Strength. 
I will always treasure the way her beautiful brown eyes would light up when she laughed!
Angela taught me how to be brave and to never give up.
My life will be never be the same. Words simply cannot express my gratitude in having this sweet, loving lady touch my life in such an amazing way.

Angie, from your sister Lole. When I sang Precious Lord to you and you opened your eyes when I read Psalms 23 The Lord is my Shepard. It was the one our mom used to read to us from the Bible. I love you so much and I will always love you. You will always be in my heart and on my mind. Forever and always Lole ❤

My beautiful Aunt Angie I miss you so much already.  I can't  believe your gone my heart hurts so much.  I hope your resting in heaven with all your loved ones.  Tell everyone hello for me and that I miss them.  Life will never be the same again.  I will miss your beautiful smile and voice your such a strong woman.  Thank you taking care of my son Adrian when he was little he will never forget your bell when it was time to clean up and eat.  May you rest now I will see you again one day. To my Nina, First of all I Love you! I remember when I was growing up you played a big part of my life. You were always  a kind,intelligent, strong, spiritual person who I looked up to.  I will miss you dearly.  I know your in heaven because you were an Angel on earth.  You made it so easy to talk to. I appreciate all that you did for my Mom & my family.   No words can express how much I love you. We're going to miss you camping and taking vacations.  Most of all I'm going to miss our shopping days going to the second hand store and shopping for flowers.  Oh did we have fun shopping for those flowers.  You worked so hard at making your yard look so beautiful for everyone to see.  
  You were and are the rock of our family's. I will cherish all the love, encouragement and of course discipline that you gave each and everyone of us.   
   I will always remember when you had one of your bad days,  I  told you I loved you to the moon and back and you told me I love you too but I'm not coming back and you giggled. Wow. So many memories of my beautiful mother in law. She has been in my life for 43 years , and always had wise advice for me whenever I needed it. I loved the many times she went on vacation with us. Also the weekends she spent with us when we lived in Estes Park. She was an awesome mother,grandmother and great grandmother to my  children and grandchildren. I will miss her laugh and beautiful smile. I love you mom.

When I think of the life of my oldest sister Angie, I’m thankful she was a part of my life! The fact that she was my sister in no way diminishes the way I will always remember her as a “mother” to me. She was also a confidant, an adviser and a loving and giving person, especially in my formative years. As I grew older and became a husband and father she still opened her heart to me and my family! “Come over any time “ ways always her departing words! Whenever we spoke she was always positive, no matter how she felt and always believed you had a hand in your destiny. She was  always beloved during good and bad times. I’ll miss you Angie, you earned your rest!
