Mark and Seth, I met Anita in Boulder, in the mid 90's, and I have since considered her one of my best friends. As you know, she was one of those Glorious Beings who make you feel seen, and special, and embraced, beyond any physical circumstances.  Even when contact became less frequent, I knew that we could just call or show up and right away be as connected as ever. 
Today, it is hard to know that I cannot find her at the other end of the phone line, but know in my heart that we are joined still, by the depth of all that we shared.  
Mark and Seth, I join you in your sorrow. And wish you peace.

Mark and Seth we wish we could be there to honor Anita. We met her on the bus in Egypt and loved her from that moment on. I spent an entire day on the bus with her delving into everything from life, work, friends, our children. It was bliss. She will always be missed, but.... I know she will also always be with us. Oh, Mrs. Anita, I'm so happy to have known you and your lovely family. How lucky were we to get to spend so much time together?? I think we were the luckiest people in the UNIVERSE!! My first most vivid memory of you from our France trip is you saying that - EXCLAIMING those words! You were so full of life and love. My heart goes out to all of your close friends and family, especially Mark and your beloved Seth. I know you will guide them from beyond and always be by their sides. I wish I lived closer so I could attend your memorial and celebrate your life. I will be lighting a candle and thinking of you on the 10th. All my love.

Mark,  I haven't talked to you in many years but I know that I would have loved Anita if I had met her.  I am so sorry for your loss. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Anita, I met you & your family the night you arrived to our Magic Egypt trip. What a treat to have met you and known you. Although our time was brief, your sparkling personality & kind manner made an impression and I will remember you always. My deepest sympathy for your loss Mark & Seth.

Anita I've known you since we were in our teens, you may have left this life but the memories will live on forever.

Anita was part of my life for only two and half years....yet I felt like we'd known each other far longer. She was a warm and generous soul, and filled a room with laughter. She was a great listener and wasn't afraid to share of herself. My life will be forever changed by the knowing of her...and for this I am immensely grateful. She loved her family very much...and when she spoke of Seth, she lit up like the sun.  Love and prayers for Mark and Seth from Sherry Campbell and family in California.

I only tonight learned of Anita's passing.  She was my go to graphics maven for more than 20 years beginning in San Francisco.  More than that, we became friends and she worked with me in Boulder at CAUSE and EDUCAUSE.  Last December I dragged four American tourists all over Paris looking for exotic essences to add to Anita's collection.  I shared our triumphs and defeats with her by email -- with attached photos.  I was so happy to find some exotic smells that she did not have.  I will miss you Anita.  A lot.

Anita is still a bright light shining love on all of us; she was a beautiful example of an evolved soul on a journey of truth.  Mark & Seth my heartfelt prayers are with you both.

What I love the most about Anita is that she was a great conversationalist.  The dialog never ended; we just picked up where we left off.  She maintained warm rapport.  She never was afraid to laugh at herself.  She never judged.  She had such depth.  Every time I talked to her she revealed another layer of herself.  Yet she did so with humility.  I always walked away from Anita with my spirit uplifted.  

Mark & Seth, you lost a wonderful wife and mother  but also a dear companion.

Anita is still a bright presence in my life!  I'm forever grateful to have had her in my life! What a beautiful spirit and human being!

Anita is a wonderful soul and we know she is enjoying the other side. We were so blessed when she came into our lives via  her son, Seth. One incredible mom and wife -- she allowed our grandson to be a part of their lives during the last 2 summer after he moved to Phoenix.  We will miss her laughter and love of life. we are saddened by her passing. She loved simple nature and beauty...As each of us see a full moon in the future, we will remember all those wonderful times we shared. Love and prayers to Seth and Mark.. may comfort come when you need it most and her legacy will live on in you.

Spirits don't come any brighter than Anita. She is one of my guiding stars. I will always be able to hear her laugh and see her smile and appreciate her creative spark!

I hadn't seen Anita for many years, but she was a dear friend to my sister, and make a great impression on me when I visited my sister in Colorado. Anita was super nice. My thoughts and prayers are with her husband and her son. May God receive Anita. Bless her soul.
