Anita is preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Samuel Harmon Pierce, brother Keith Malan, sister Jeanette Humphries, daughter Judith Koperski and granddaughters, Stephanie Angerman and Samantha Angerman.
She is survived by her younger brother David Malan and sister Virginia Baker; daughters Jeanette Hagar, Pamela Auster, Cynthia Angerman and Diana Wood; sons-in-law, Corky Hagar, Dan Auster, Chuck Angerman and Walter Wood; grandchildren Camille Osterhout, Drew Williams, Wesley Williams, Dallas Williams, Seth Williams and Charles Williams (Jeanette); Rick DeLong and Shawna Clark (Pamela), Stephen Angerman and Chuck Angerman (Cynthia) and Jesse Wood (Diana.) Anita also had 25 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
Anita spent many years working in the restaurant industry, she loved her Denver Broncos, was an avid reader, enjoyed gambling at the mountain casinos and would whoop just about anybody at trivia while watching her favorite show Jeopardy! She will be greatly missed by her friends and family.
