Ann Colvin went to be with her Lord September 2016. Ann was born in Dallas, Texas on September 29, 1923 and was raised in Denver, Colorado. She graduated from Denver East High School and soon found herself working at the Remington Arms plant at 6th & Kipling manufacturing machine gun belts for the bullets.
She met her husband, "E.L." Chuck Colvin at the U.S.O. and they soon married. Chuck was sent to New Guinea to help keep P38's flying for the Army Air Corps. Ann raised three children, John, Jerrie and Lou Ann. She had six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Ann lived a very full life. She and Chuck traveled all over the world winning trips from Pontiac MTR Division.
A memorial service will be held at graveside at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery, 7777 W. 29th Avenue in Wheat Ridge on Wednesday, October 26 the at 12:30 p.m. followed by a reception at the cemetery’s reception center from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
