Dad went to be with the Lord on August 30th, 2017.
He was preceded in death by his wife Mary in 2008 and his parents Eufacio and Fedelia Salazar.
Gus is survived by his daughter Connie Salazar, son Chuck Salazar, and daughter in law Ginny. He is also survived by his brother Joe, sisters Jenny, Lillian and Barbara, as well as 5 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Dad never knew anyone as a stranger, he treated all as family and friend. He was loved and respected by everyone that met him.
His children and families were the highlights of his life, he was a man of strong faith and conviction who loved God through all his ministries. He will be missed by his family greatly and by his friends everyday.
