

She was raised in Burley, ID, where her father managed the JC Penney store. She later moved to Denver and attended East High School. She graduated from the University of Colorado and was a member there of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority.
While a student at CU, she met her future husband Robert “Bob” Hudson. During their 65 years of marriage, they travelled extensively worldwide. Bobbie was an active member of PEO, Questors International, and the Kountry Kousins alumni group of Kappa. She was a member in a social group of life-long friends called the “Serious Thinkers.” Bob and Bobbie enjoyed the winter months at their home in Scottsdale, AZ for 19 years.
Bobbie had a love and passion for antique furnishings, and attended the Antiques Forum at Colonial Williamsburg for 8 consecutive years. She was an excellent homemaker, devoted wife and mother.
Her daughter Karen preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband Bob, daughter Linda, and 2 grandchildren Katie and Zach Gerum.
A memorial service is to be held at Shepherd of the Hills Presbyterian Church at 20th and Simms Street on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at 11:00 am.
The family suggests contributions to the Alzheimer’s Foundation, 455 Sherman St. #455, Denver CO 80203 in lieu of flowers.
