Barbara Jean Spalding passed away Saturday, April 24th, 2021 at Denver Health Medical Center of multiple complications with her family at her side. She was born September 19, 1932 in Kansas, Missouri. She graduated from Denver's West High School and lived at her same residence in Denver for over 50 years. She was the true definition of love and caring.
She is survived by her son, Don Spalding and his wife Pamela Churma Spalding. She also leaves behind her son Bill Spalding. She was preceded in death by her husband Fritz and son James.
Services will be held Wednesday, May 12th at 11:00 AM, Olinger Crown Hill Chapel of Peace, 7777 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Her final resting place will be beside her husband at Fort Logan. It will be a private service.
