After graduating from Auburndale High School she received a Cosmetology Degree. On June 7, 1939, she was united in marriage to Eugene Burnkrant. The couple moved to Boulder in 1964 and later moved to Germany. They returned to Colorado in the 1970’s.
Beatrice was an award winning artist, great cook and loving mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and sisters, Ethel and Norma.
She is survived by her sons, Robert (Dale Anne) Burnkrant and Richard (Sinda) Burnkrant; grandchildren, Stephanie (Peter) Lock, Steven (Jeanne) Burnkrant, Robert (Hana) Burnkrant, Erica (Steven) Tornik; great grandchildren, Nadia, Eva, Elena, Andrew, Hannah, Emma, Jeremy, Jordan, Alison, Darian, Haileigh, Katelyn.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 – 10:30 am, Saturday, June 20, 2015, at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary, 7777 W. 29th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, June 20, 2015 at Colorado Lutheran Home, 7991 W. 71st Ave., Arvada, CO 80004.
