Betty Jo Langston, age 90, passed away May 14, 2019 in Denver. Betty Jo was born July 8, 1928 in Missouri. She loved her family and being a mom and grandma, she was devoted to her family. Betty Jo was the original "Mama Bear" who always stood up for her children! Her other interests included cooking, reading and gardening.
Betty Jo will be missed by her eight children, Bobby Dean (Brenda) Langston, Danny Gene Langston, Jo Gail (Wally) Ward, William Marvin (Toni) Langston, James Michael (Karen) Langston, Deanna Kay Smith, John Allen (Sheila) Langston and Jack Lance Langston; twenty grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; sister, Ruth Kandle; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Virginia Rumsey, husband Robert Marvin, brother Dean Rumsey, sister Helen Wilmott, and grandson Edward Gene Langston.
