Celina was a bright light and touched many! She was so sweet, and honestly was one of the best parts of my time working at Regis University. She could always brighten my day. My thoughts go out to her family and close friends. We lost a great one 😢

Marlene and Fred, I cannot tell you how much I am saddened for your unbearable loss. 
When Celina was born, I remember thinking, 
 they deserve an award for bringing into this world , the most delightful little girls I have ever seen! Each one, beautiful, and yet so unique in their own way. I had the joy of watching all three of them grow into the lovely women they are today. And I am so sorry, Celisse and Chantelle, that your baby sister is gone too soon.  And I know that her unexpected passing has taken a big chunk out of the hearts of her husband Matt and their children Cassie and Jaden. 
 I am forever sorry that she is gone from all of us…..friends, cousins, aunts , uncles, nieces & nephews, I grieve with you. I’ve said too much, and yet , it’s not enough to lessen anyone’s pain. 
 Rest in peace, our beautiful brown eyed girl. Safe from harm, in the arms of our Lord. Heaven’s gain is our loss.

As Celina would say My Bestie!! She will so be missed!! 🩷

Celina may have technically been a cousin, but I was raised with her being my Aunt Cena. She was the kindest soul with the biggest heart. She was always the first to reach out when you were in need. Just this year when my son came early she was the one on my porch with meals in hand. She would check in almost daily not only for my baby, but for me. Cena always knew how to make you smile or brighten your day and always gave the best hugs that were always just the right squeeze.  She loved those around her with all she had and held her family close. We are truly blessed to have had Cena as an aunt, cousin, sister, daughter, mother, and friend. For now Aunt Cena, give Grandma Rosie a hug for me and rest. I love you.

Celina was my younger cousin, a beautiful, sweet, silly girl. There are too many memories to even count or talk about. She was our cock-eyed optimist that never saw a bad bone in anyone or anything. Celina was always the first one to lend a hand or cook you a meal. (There will be no one that can make grandma Rosie's baked macaroni or chicken soup the way she did! I did beat her out on the spaghetti sauce though, ha!) She touched so many lives, more than you would know. 
For now Celina, rest easy and peaceful. We will take care of your family ( not as well as you could, but we will carry you on as hard as we can! ) My heart hurts to have lost you so soon, way too soon, but we will dance together again, I promise!

Celina and Matt Clymer were our long time next door neighbors until recently.  Celina was always smiling and brought sunshine wherever she went.  We could always count on her and Matt, she always waved, said Hi!  Always asked if we needed anything, how the family was, what’s new, come on over, share a meal with us, let’s do a game night, that was Celina!  She had a very kind heart, her generosity, her kind spirt and gentle soul will be missed.

Celina was my beautiful cousin. It’s hard to believe I will never see her again but her heart was just too big for this world. I remember Celina at every family event with swollen eyes and a red nose from loving on all the animals she was allergic to. That was Celina, she loved with all her heart, even if it wasn’t good for her. She had a love for not only animals but all things. Her family was her world and she knew how to enjoy the small thing. I never heard Celina speak bad about anyone and she would truly give a stranger the shirt off her back. I’m struggling to understand why but will rest easy knowing you are up there getting spoiled by Grandma Rosie, Aunt Max and Aunt Jen.

Celina has been our neighbor and friend for the past three years. Every day we’d see her walking with her husband, Matt, and their friendly dogs, Gizmo and Moose. She always greeted us with a bright smile, a cheerful wave, and a kindness that lifted our spirits.

One moment that especially touched us was when she noticed the little fairy garden my daughter and I had made in our yard. She came over with thoughtful treasures to add, making our simple garden feel magical. My daughter loved saying hello to her, peeking over their yard, and Celina always responded with such warmth and enthusiasm. Those small gestures meant so much and reflected her generous heart.

We extend our deepest love and sympathy to her family. Celina’s legacy is one of warmth, kindness, and joy. May her spirit continue to live on through the love she shared, and may you find comfort in the cherished memories of your time together.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Celina’s passing. She was one of the first people I worked with when I started at Regis nearly 24 years ago, and I’ll always remember her warmth and kindness. I vividly recall how excited she was to become a mother—over the moon.

Celina truly embodied the Jesuit spirit through her compassion, quiet strength, and dedication to others. She was a role model for how to live with grace.
