FBI Special Agent Charlie Tignor, 101, passed April 8, 2014. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ramah, and six siblings. Survived by his daughter, Susan Dahl (Bob); grandson, Bob (Robynne); granddaughter, Amanda Hill (Greg); great-granddaughters, Kyla and Bryn; and brother Troy Tignor.
