

Ho-Yu was born in Bandung, Indonesia, on September 13, 1925. Her father is Mr. Chung Tie-Jun and her mother is Ms. Deng A-Man. At the age of 7, Ho-Yu returned to her parents' hometown of Mei Xian, Guangdong, China, and received a new modern education at a girls' school founded by American Baptist missionaries. As the Sino-Japanese War approached her hometown, she stayed at home to help her family with farm work after studying in tenth grade. During her school days she excelled in sports, music and languages.
Ho-Yu married Mr. Huang Chung-Han on February 21, 1946. They had eight children, 4 daughters first in order and 4 sons after. Spiritually, she guided her children to the gospel. Her spirit from God leads the whole family to face life in the positive direction. During her marriage years, she moved to north China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and finally Denver, Colorado, USA. I n 2003, she and her husband became naturalized US citizens.
Each of her children remembers Ho-Yu as a superwoman who was always ready to save a child. Her eldest daughter will always remember Ho-Yu for bravely saving the poor middle finger of her left hand from a sewing machine needle that had penetrated her finger. She can do things that others can't do or can't do well. In addition to being brave, Ho-Yu has many talents/hobbies/skills, such as playing harmonica, piano, singing, preparing dishes, cakes, repairing electrical appliances, knitting sweaters, and sewing clothes for children. Any of these talents/hobbies/skills are remembered by her children and many friends.
Ho-Yu leaves behind eight children, nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Huang Chung-Han. Ho-Yu will be especially remembered for her bravery and burning spirit. These strengthened everyone she met. Visitation will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday, September 19, at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery in Lakewood, Colorado. The funeral will first take place in the cemetery's own chapel at 10 a.m. Her burial will be held immediately following the church service at Crown Hill Cemetery, Lot 39.

和玉 於1925年 9月13日出生於印尼萬隆,父親是 鍾鐵軍先生,母親是 鄧阿滿女士。7歲時,和玉 回到父母的家鄉 中國廣東梅縣,在美國浸信會傳教士創辦的女校 接受全新的現代化教育。 由於中日戰爭 已經逼近她的家鄉,她一直讀到十年級後,留在家裡幫助家人做農場工作。她在學生時代擅長體育運動、音樂和語言。
和玉 於 1946年2月21日與黃忠漢先生結婚。他們育有8個孩子,其中依序是4個女兒和 4個兒子。在精神上,她引導她的孩子們認識福音。她來自 上帝的精神,帶領全家人朝著正的方向面對生活。結婚期間,她移居到 中國北部、香港、台灣,最後移居到了美國科羅拉多州丹佛。 2003年,她和丈夫成為美國公民。
她的 每個孩子都記得 和玉是一位隨時準備拯救孩子的女超人。她的大女兒將永遠記得 和玉 勇敢地將她左手可憐的中指 從縫紉機針刺穿的手指中救出來。她能做 別人做不到 或 做不好的事。除了勇敢之外,和玉 還有很多才藝/嗜好/技能,例如吹口琴、鋼琴、唱歌、準備菜餚、蛋糕、修理電器、編織毛衣、為孩子縫製衣服等。她的孩子和許多朋友都記得這些才能/嗜好/技能。
和玉留下了八個孩子、九個孫子女和三個曾孫子女。她的夫婿 黃忠漢先生先於她去世。和玉將因其勇敢和燃燒的精神而被人們特別銘記。這些 都讓她遇到的每個人都堅強起來。儀容瞻仰 將於9月19日星期四上午9點 在科羅拉多州萊克伍德的 奧林格皇冠山公墓舉行。葬禮將於上午10點首先在公墓自己的教堂舉行。教堂儀式結束後,入土葬禮將立即在第39號地塊的皇冠山公墓舉行。
