Cindy Lou Capps, age 60, of Arvada, Colorado passed away on Monday April 16, 2018. Cindy was born September 20, 1957 in Casper, Wyoming to the late Harold "Skeeter" and Bette Lou Spaulding.

Cindy is survived by her children Ryan (Andrea) Ryall, Nick (Cory) Capps, and Megan Capps; sister Candy Kelsey; grandchildren Tony Capps, Colton Stewart, Caden Stewart, Grayson Ryall and Dahlia Ryall.

Cindy was preceded in death by her parents Harold "Skeeter" and Bette Lou Spaulding and brother Mike Spaulding.

A memorial service for Cindy will be held Friday, April 27, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary & Cemetery, 7777 West 29th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.
