Gordon had a strong Christian faith. His sense of humor and compassion for people was exceptional. He never met a stranger. His faith was immeasurable. His love for his family was unsurpassed. His greatest desire was for his family, friends, and everyone he met to know his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
He was married for 58 years to his first wife, Maxine, and nine years to his second wife, Evelyn. Both preceded him in going to his Heavenly home.
He is survived by three sons, Michael, David (Cari), and Robert (Donna) along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Gordon will be escorted to Denver, Colorado where a celebration of his life (visitation) will be held Wednesday, 8/22, 6-8pm at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary, 7777 W. 29th Ave., Wheat Ridge. Followed by a committal service at Fort Logan National Cemetery where he will be laid to rest with his wife, Maxine.
