

Dale Leroy Fair was born January 30, 1941, in St. Joseph's Hospital in Denver, Dale passed on October 30, 2025. His parents, Roy and Winifred, raised Dale in Eagle and Commerce City, Colorado. Dale attended Adams City High School, where he met his future wife, Donna Pursley. After graduating from high school, Dale enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, where he served until 1963. When Dale returned from serving in the Marines, he married Donna and started their lives in Commerce City.
In 1966, Dale and Donna were blessed with the birth of their first daughter, Karen Lynn. In 1968, again, they were blessed with the birth of their second daughter, Karol Leigh. Dale and Donna settled down and raised the girls in Thornton, Colorado. Dale spent nearly five decades in the tire industry before he and Donna retired in 2013 to live in the mountains.
In 1990, Dale's daughter married Jonathan Rosen, and Karen later gave birth to Dale's greatest pride and joy, Jordan (1996) and Mitchell (1999). Dale would go on to spend many years deeply involved in his grandchildren's scholastic and athletic events.
Dale was preceded in death by Donna in 2016. In the latter stage of his life, he moved into the Frontier Valley Community, where he made many new friends and was given the nickname "Bear".
At Dale's request, there will be no services. His ashes will be laid to rest in a private ceremony. A donation in memory of Dale Fair can be made to your favorite Veteran's Service program, if you so choose.
