88, passed away on October 3, 2012 in Lakewood, Colorado. Born June 29, 1924 in Eldora, Iowa to Winford & Cecile Pickering. Dale is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Margaret S. (Lee) Pickering, son David &(Sheryl) Pickering, son Dennis Pickering, daughter Virginia &(Don) Shobe, son Keith &(Nancy) Pickering, daughter Julie Hartkopp, Connie &(Richard) Harding, brother Myron &(Alice) Pickering, brother Carl Pickering, sister in law Agnes Pickering, also 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. Dale was preceded in death by his parents, Winford & Cecile Pickering, sisters, Mabel Lettow, and Thelma Gelhaus, brothers, Lawrence, Loring, and Glen Pickering.
Dale will be remembered and loved by all he touched in his life, his family will honor him privately on a very special day this October, 2012. May he rest in peace.
