David B. Craighead, age 78, passed away November 21, 2019. He was born August 7, 1941 in Denver, Colorado to the late Robert and Mary Craighead. Dave grew up around the Arvada area and always had a joy for cars including buying them, cleaning them up, driving them, reselling them, and was a member of the Early Ford V8 Club. Other hobbies included camping and fishing, bocce, playing in a pinnacle league, woodworking and his love for dogs. Dave spent most of his career as Vice President of Operations at Newman Redwood and post retirement had a pleasure following his grandson's football and baseball career.
Dave was beloved husband of 58 years to Kathy Craighead, dad to Deborah Craighead (Timothy Tjaden), grandpa to Jermey Craighead (Jentry Jordan), brother to Shirley Hutchinson, Donald (Jeanie) Craighead, and Naomi (Jeff) Dekker. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother in law Ira Hutchinson.
