David "Dave" Cherrington, 73, passed away on November 9, 2025, in Westminster, Colorado. Born on October 30, 1952, in Denver, Colorado, Dave was a proud veteran, who served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War.
Dave found joy and peace in nature. He spent countless hours fishing along quiet rivers, golfing under sunny skies, and camping beneath the stars. These pursuits were not just pastimes but meaningful ways he connected with the world and those around him.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife Renae; sons Dennis and Mark; daughter-in-law Star; grandchildren Dustin, Johnny, and Kaden; sister Gloria; brother Charles; sister-in-law Korrie; and brother-in-law Greg. He was preceded in death by his brother James, mother Dolores Adams, stepfather Thomas Phelan, and his father Charles Cherrington.

A memorial service will be held at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary & Cem, located at 7777 West 29th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO, 80033, United States. The service is scheduled for November 28, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm in the Serenity Pointe Chapel.
