Brother, words are hard to come by because I am still missing you so much. Remembering the last time I saw you and had the privilege of praying over you because you didn't feel good. Having you for a big brother I was always so proud of you. You suffered alot in the past few years and now you are pain free and made whole. Primo David,  I will always remember the jokerster you were when we were kids.   You always had smiling face, a twinkle in your big brown eyes, and curly black locks on your head.

Our Dear Uncle Bucko,
We miss you already. We have too many wonderful memories but mostly is how you always came with a hug, a joke, and a bark. Uncle Dave was a true jokester and I feel like he was the father of the "dad joke". I remember riding on the bus to a family reunion and he had the mic and would be the tour guide driver. Years later I ended up on a work trip, on a bus as the emcee, and felt like I was channeling my Uncle Dave. I also remember the first time I brought Anthony around the family, it was at a BBQ, and Uncle Dave came behind him and barked - Anthony barked right back and I knew he could handle this family. We love you all so much and will never forget the wonderful times we had with him. 

Where to begin?  I first met dad when I was 17. Andrew and I dated for 5 years and we were married for almost 20 years. I've kept in touch with this special family,  calling mom, and texting Michelle and my God daughter, Ashley. From the day I met them, they welcomed me with open arms. Mom and I have always had a special relationship, talking for hours and sharing our crochet projects. Michelle, aka 'sis' has always kept in touch with what's happening in the family...I'm talking about weddings, pregnancies and deaths, things like this.  I've always appreciated that.  I love, love this family so much.  Dad would always call me 'hita' and I always called him 'dad'. Somehow 'Dave' never came out of my mouth. I remember when dad first got sick and when he was diagnosed with kidney disease. I prayed for him so that one day he would get a kidney. Our Lord had other plans.  It was time for him to go and be with God, pain free. I know he's telling everyone up there, his jokes.  :) Dad, I love you and will miss you dearly. Until we meet again.❤🙏❤

I always loved when uncle Dave would come visit us in Arizona. We would go to dinner and he insisted on driving the bus to dinner because he thought it was fun to see the restaurant staff get worried when they saw the bus pull up and then only 6 people would get out. He was always happy and loved making people laugh. We will miss him dearly ❤️❤️

Football season will never be the same without the good rivalry between me and Dave I love you brother and you will aways be in my heart 🧡💙🤍🖤

Some memories I will cherish forever include seeing my grandpa spoil his great granddaughter, Sofia, even more than he spoiled me. Sofia was always excited for him to come home from dialysis, because he would bring her chocolate milk and french fries. Even when he was sick and tired, he just had to stop to get Sofia her treat. He also saved up all his change and helped Sofia collect more change around the house so she could cash it all in for money. If anyone in our house told Sofia no, she would just go to her papo and convince him to do what ever it was she wanted him to do. Sofia says her papo is with the angels now and him and all the angels light up the sky with the stars.  We will miss him till the end of time!
