Our condolences to Elaine and the entire Wisor and Mcferrin families. Denny was one of the nicest guys I have ever met and always made you feel like you were his best friend. He will be missed.

I'm still learning things Denny has  shown me years ago. 
To the man humble enough to ask a smug 14 year old kid and his little brother for their blessings to marry their mom at a Chinese restaurant.
The smug boys request would be to eat a Tien Tsin pepper to prove he was serious.
I can still remember his face turning Lobster red and sweating but the whole time with his charismatic  smile on his face.
Little did I know this would be the man I called Dad.
I appreciate him taking care of Mom and making sure all of us kids knew we were now all one family.
Fearless, determined, loving, and giving are just some of the things he was to many people. 
I feel honered to have a seat on the Denny and Elaine business venture bus, we got to see a true  entrepreneur first hand at its finest.

Rest in peace knowing you are loved by many.
Today our mourning is from our loss but it's not over and will meet again.

I was lucky enough to get to spend six great weeks staying at Denny and Elaine's house during an internship before graduating. Denny always had some amazing stories to tell! Always with a smile, soft voice and kind words. 
Thank you Denny for letting me share a wonderful summer with you and Elaine. 

Denny, one of my favorite people in the world.  
Kind, compassionate, interesting, and interested.  Such a soft spoken dignified gentleman.

Dad was an artist, an entrepreneur, an outdoorsman,  and a craftsman.  He was comfortable in a 5-star restaurant in New York or in a biker bar in Sturgis.  Dad was a world traveler and he was also just as happy staying at home.   There was pure joy on his face whenever he was around family, especially his Grandkids.   He always had time to offer advice or lend an ear.   The world is a lot more empty, quiet and lonely without him here. 

I loved when him and Elaine showed up to a Halloween party on the Harley dressed as Batman and Catwoman. He always had great stories and advice. Denny always made me feel like he was happy to see me. What matters most is how people make you feel. He nailed it. 

Denny taught me so much professionally an personally. He and Elaine could make any get together amazing. He always had such a strong presence weather it was work or a Holloween party. Here's to you Buck! 🍺  Remembering you always fondly

Family visits, reunions, and travel spent with Denny and Elaine were always a joy with lots fun, smiles and laughter.  We are very fortunate to have so many fond memories of our times together.  You will be missed Denny, but  you'll be with us always in our hearts and minds. You were a wonderful, caring, loving, thoughtful,  and generous person.  We love you Denny! 

A friend, a riding buddy, a father figure, a father-in-law, a man with a huge heart. I will miss you!

PS I finally rode your bike... It's hard to see through the tears.

Very sad...went to the same Lutheran church, sunday school and all youth  church events.  Denny was a wonderful, funny guy.  My heart goes out to the family.

Denny was family to me and my daughter Michelle M. MacAdam. When I lived in Denver, we would join him and the family for dinners and social events. I am so saddened to hear this devastating news. Denny was loved by his family and friends. I loved him like a brother, his smiling face and good nature could always lift you up. My deepest condolences to Elaine, Laurel, David, Josh and their families.  This is a huge loss. May his beautiful soul Rest In Peace.

I was saddened today to find out about Denny's passing. Denny and I grew up as neighbors as children and our families spent time together.  I remember playing marbles in the driveway as kids. The last I saw him was when he was back in Freeport for a gathering after his mom passed.  I have fond memories from back then and was glad to reconnect through Facebook. I'm praying for all his beautiful family, friends and loved ones through this difficult time. May God comfort you.

I was very fortunate to have a father that shared so many common interests. He was my best friend, advisor, travel companion, drinking buddy, and jack of all trades handyman, among many other traits. Many of my best memories involve he and Elaine and the way they could entertain dozens of people for any occasion. From the "Best Father's Day Ever!"  to numerous vacations and getaways, we never laughed and loved more. Everyone who met Dad became a friend. In just the few days since his passing I'm meeting people from all walks of life telling me how close they felt to him and how much he's going to be missed. We've lost our rock.

Denny was one of Patty & I's favorite people in the whole wide world, and especially in this family.  Thank you so much for bringing him into our lives, Elaine.  May he rest in peace, we will all miss him dearly.     -Love & memories forever,  Guy & Patty

No words can express the pain and emptiness. It's as if my very foundation has been ripped out from under me. 
Dad meant so much to so many. An amazing father, husband, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. He was an only child but over the past few days so many of his dear friends have told us how they have lost a "brother." He would really love that. His family and friends meant the world to him. 
Dad lived life to its fullest and he will be missed by so many.
His memory will live on forever.

To all the family, having known " Denny " for just a few years , it's easy to tell the magnitude of the loss of his presence. I give my most sincere  condolences  to all the family and like me , friends. It will be a different existence without, but I will always remember the times when a successful  job, ( I usually worked on his motorcycle) was followed by a couple laughs before we parted company.  A good man is gone, but NEVER forgotten.
