Devon Newt Hobbs—known to many as Von Saint—left this world the same way he lived in it: with unforgettable energy, unmatched humor, and a presence that could turn any ordinary moment into a story worth telling.
Devon was truly the life of the party. His infectious spirit, quick wit, and natural ability to make people laugh until it hurt were his superpowers. If you ever heard him say, “You got me messed up,” you knew laughter was about to follow—usually at the perfect moment and always delivered with his signature charm.
Above all else, Devon was incredibly proud of being an amazing uncle and brother. Those roles weren’t just titles to him; they were responsibilities he carried with love, loyalty, and pride. His family meant everything, and he showed it in ways big and small, often wrapped in jokes, teasing, and genuine care.
Devon is survived by his loving parents, David Hobbs and Michelle Townsend Hobbs, and his brothers, Zachary Trujillo, David Hobbs Jr., and Dorian Hobbs. He also leaves behind countless friends, extended family, and anyone lucky enough to have shared a laugh, a memory, or a moment with him.
Though Devon may no longer be physically present, his laughter echoes, his jokes live on, and his spirit remains alive in every room where stories are told and smiles break out unexpectedly—just like he would have wanted.
Rest easy, Von Saint. You got us messed up… in the best way possible.
