Donald passed away in Lakewood on May 15, 2024 at the age of 88. His family supported him as he courageously battled cancer for the last ten months. Throughout his illness he continued to enjoy time he was able to spend with his friends and family.
Survivors include his sister Carol Worthen. He was preceded in death by his 13 siblings.
His funeral service, officiated by Pastor Paul Berg, will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 31 at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary & Cemetery, 7777 W. 29th Avenue in Wheat Ridge, CO. His final resting place will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver.
