

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Donna Wyman who left this world on September 19, 2026. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and cherished friend. Donna was born on October 15, 1939, in Denver, Colorado. Her life was a testament to love, faith, and selflessness.
Donna was the daughter of Frank J. Shavlik, originally of Nebraska, and Elsie L. Butler, originally from Tabernash, Colorado. She was predeceased by her brother, Dr. Frank Shavlik, surviving wife Donna Shavlik, and is survived by her loving children, David Madison, Mark Madison, Lauri and her husband George Demel, and Daryle Wyman. Donna was a devoted grandmother to eight grandchildren: Candace Brinckman, Pamela Nauta, Melissa Dey, Trista Miller, Ashley Brunner, Derrek Demel, Aleana Wyman, and Christopher Prusak. Her legacy also includes the joy of nine great-grandchildren Lucas, Dylan, Jacob and Braden Brinckman, Cole and Grant Nauta, Jacob and Kaylee Dey and Eva Miller.
Donna attended South High School in Denver, Donna embraced many roles throughout her career, from a switchboard operator at the Hampshire House to a bakery clerk at Albertsons. Her favorite position was at Rose Medical Center, where she felt immense joy helping to bring new lives into the world in the nursery.
Donna was a woman of deep faith, actively participating in the Calvary Temple church community as well as Cherry Hills Community Church. Her devotion extended beyond the church as she spent her days listening to K-Love radio, finding comfort and strength in its messages. Her love for her family was unparalleled, and she delighted in being a part of their lives, celebrating their accomplishments with pride.
Those who knew Donna will remember her as a lifelong Christian who consistently put others before herself. Her concerns were always rooted in love, a testament to her generous spirit and unwavering dedication to those she cared about most. Her kindness and self-sacrificing nature left a lasting mark on everyone she met.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who cared for Donna during her final days; your kindness and comfort were deeply appreciated.
Donna Wyman's love and faith, will forever be remembered by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be dearly missed, but her spirit will continue to inspire those she left behind.
