September 2, 1919 - January 14, 2017
Doris is survived by her daughters Dianne and Bill Boggess, Denise and Phil Pascento; her companion Jack Detrick; her niece Chris and Dale Vance;
her stepchildren Sue Steinke, Larry and Kristi Shade, Mike and Debbie Shade, Carol and Roger Dutton and Linda and Dick Beery.
A celebration of her life will be on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary, Spruce/Oak Room.
She will be laid to rest with her husband Harry W. Shade at For Logan National Cemetery in the Spring of 2017.
Her Smile
Though her smile is gone forever
and her hand I cannot touch
I still have so many memories
of the one I loved so much.
Her memory is now my keepsake
which with I will never part.
God has her in his keeping
I have her in my heart.
Sadly missed but never forgotten.
