Dorothy "Betty" June Reed was preceded in death by her parents Emil & Katherine Shank (Kembell), her husband love of her life Vincent E Reed, brother Leroy Shank and granddaughters Lisa Clark and Danell Dean.
She is survived by sister Lillian Mohr, children, Dale Clark, Jeanette Beins, Christine Clark, Chris Clark, Larry Clark and Kathy Weaver, as well as countless grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Betty opened her home and heart to anyone who needed a safe place to land. Her quick wit and infectious laugh, kind heart and generous spirit ensured that a stranger could quickly become a friend. She was deeply admired by all who knew her. Her family and treasured friends will miss her deeply.
Due to Covid restrictions the memorial service will be invitation only. the service will be livestreamed using the link below. A reception will be held at her home on February 6, 2021 at 1pm.
She will be laid to rest with her husband Vincent during a private ceremony at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
