Elizabeth S Eller

Born on August 23, 1948, in Richmond, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Harrison Stallings and the late Wilhelmena Branch Stallings, both of Greenville, NC. She was married for 33 years to the late Gary Franklin Eller of Danville, Virginia.

Betty was a retired High School English teacher, having taught in Danville at George Washington High School, Sacred Heart School, and Bonner Junior High, over the course of more than 30 years.

Survivors include her three sons, Lyn Eller (wife, Christina) of Centennial, CO; Christopher Eller (wife, Kacie) of Shawnee, CO; and Patrick Eller (wife, Bekah) of Parker, CO. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Winnie, Tess, Merryn and Ada Eller of Centennial; Gwen Eller and Noah Olszewski of Shawnee; and Abby and Maddie Eller of Parker.

A memorial celebration will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2025, at 10am in the Pavilion of Reflection at Crown Hill Cemetery in Wheat Ridge, CO. Interment will be at 11 am at Crown Hill immediately following the memorial. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to your local Humane Society.
