Ellen B. Brooke, age 94, formerly of Arvada, passed away peacefully May 17, 2016. Ellen was preceded in death by her parents, Ferne and Ralph Jefferson Bell; her husband of 67 years, George M. Brooke, son, Richard L. Brooke, and brother Ralph Jefferson Bell, Jr. She is survived by her children George F. (Linda) Brooke, Gary L. (Karen) Brooke, Margaret E. (Jeff) Nichols, Betty J. (Jim) Fiske, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Committal service will be 1:15 p.m., Wednesday, May 25, area "C", Ft. Logan Cemetery, 3698 S. Sheridan Blvd., Denver, CO 80235.
