Eric was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed annual hunting trips with his dad John, brother David, and friend Phil. Eric and his wife Linda frequently traveled up through the mountains to take in the changing leaves or picnic in the summer. He also took pleasure in watching Denver Bronco games with his buddy, Buddy. As of recently, Eric had a unique hobby recreating tools and war regalia from the old west. Additionally, Eric had a taste for spicy food and had collected various hot sauces over the past decade. He spent many weekends with his daughters and grandchildren, cherishing each moment he had, often offering advice or there to just listen.
Eric is survived by his wife Linda, his brother David, sister-in-law Christy, and niece Lisa. He is also survived by his children from Susan; Angie, Kory, Kristi, Natalie, and Danielle. In addition to his children, he is also survived by grandchildren; Annabelle, Isabel, Angelena, Khloe, Payton, and Theo. Lastly, Eric is survived by his pet Buddy.
