Evelyn "Happy" Clingan, 88, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2017 in Northglenn, Colorado. Evelyn is survived by her loving family; son Charles (Debbie) Clingan, son Ervin Clingan, grandchildren; Heather Ziegler, Heidi (Mike) Lockwood, Amanda Clingan, Kellie Clingan, Sarah (Richie) McNeil, and Zachary Clingan, great grandchildren; Jon Ziegler, David Ziegler, Daron Russell, Ryan Lockwood, Ashlyn Pacheco, and Ashton McNeil. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Eunice Joy Anderson, and a sister Ethel Avery.
