Evelyn Marie Garcia

Evelyn Marie Garcia, age 71 passed away at St. Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, CO on June 1, 2022 surrounded by love with her family. She was born December 9, 1950 to Daniel and Laura Martinez in La Junta CO. Evelyn was one of 6 children; Ruben, Shirley, Jimmy, Evelyn, Kenny Ray and Kathryn.

Evelyn was a skilled seamstress, and enjoyed coloring, cooking, christian music, her grandchildren, children and all her friends. Evelyn shared the gospel everywhere, she was a prayer warrior, and Apostolic believer in Act 2:38, Then Peter said unto them, "Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost."

Evelyn is survived by her children Edward D. Garcia, Eddie Jr. and Tana, Jordan Gallegos Emily Gallegos and Alyssa Gallegos, Bernadette Kiana Delarosa, Aliyah Garcia, Amaya Herrera and Victoriano Herrera. Monique Jasmine Soriano, Alexis Soriano, Daisy Soriano, Zoey Soriano, and Bellami Soriano. Angelic Xavier Soriano, Karina Soriano, Miguel Soriano, Deangelo Soriano, and Matthew Soriano. Maxine, Sarah and Jennifer. Le Andra L. Garcia, Jeremiah, Moriah, Robert and Hannah. Kristiann M. Garcia, Christopher, Danielle, Issac and Joseph.

Memorial Services will be held at Landmark Tabernacle 2727 S. Sheridan Blvd Denver, CO. on August 9, 2022 at 10:30 am
