Evelyn T Shattuck

Evelyn “Sally” Shattuck of Duncan, Okla., formerly of Federal Heights, Colo. died Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2010. She was 89. She was born June 4, 1921 in Catharine, New York, to Robert Webster and Addie (Buchanan) Webster. She moved to Colorado at a young age and made that her home. She was the owner and operator of a very successful hair salon in the Denver area for 30 years. She volunteered her time at the senior center teaching craft classes. She is survived by her sister, Louise Jaynes; her daughter- in law, Nancy Shattuck, five grandchildren Lori (Jeff) Stephens, Vikki (George) Williams, Daniel (Sonja) Shattuck, Tim (Lori) Kirkland and Tyson Kirkland; ten great-grandchildren Nellie Herschel) Murrah, Andrea (Jan-Erik) Stephens, Michael Stephens, Nick Williams, Bobby Martin, Matt Rees, Jacob Shattuck, Amanda Shattuck, and Evan Shattuck; two great-great grandchildren Ryan and Brookelyn Murrah. She was preceded in death by her children, son Robert Shattuck and daughter Gwen Kirkland; grandsons, Bret Shattuck and Daniel Kirkland.
