Georgia Lee Mack, known by family and friends as Sue, passed away peacefully on May 28, 2026 at the age of 99. She was born on April 30, 1927 in Wiggins, Colorado, the beloved child of Florence and Glenn Neal.
Throughout her life, Georgia was known for being a loving and caring person who loved to sew. She was a homemaker, then worked for Colorado Kenworth, worked at St. Josephs Hospital, and finally worked at Iowa National Insurance from which she retired at the age of 72.
Georgia is survived by her sons, Michael Mellinger and Scott (Jodi) Mellinger; granddaughter Grace Anne (Miles) Smith (Mellinger); grandson Anthony Victoria (Sasha); along with many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by Wayne C. Mellinger, Robert A. Mack Sr.; her parents, Florence and Glenn Neal; brothers, Harold, Don, Albert, Gary, and Junior; and sisters, Josephine, and Alice.
A Funeral Service will be held at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary in the Serenity Pointe Chapel on June 9, 2026, at 10:30 am. A Reception will follow until 1:30 pm.
She will be laid to rest at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
