He is survived by his wife Vicki Bissell, children, Rick Bissell, Todd (G. Nini) Bissell, Tony (Wanda) Bissell, Linda (Scott, deceased) Bissell, Jami (Ron) Martinez, Jodi (Dave) Salaman, Jari (Tia) Boehmer and Juli Boehmer, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, sister, Betty Nelson and brother, Ted Bissell. He is preceded in death by his parents, step son Jay Johnson, son Scott Bissell and brother-in-law Charles Nelson.
Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
