

Grace was a beautiful woman who is loved by many. Her smile lit up the room. She had a magnetic personality, and her energy was felt before she laughed or spoke. Once she did, it was impossible not to love her.
Grace R. Jones of Westminster, CO, transitioned from Earth to Heaven on March 28, 2024.
She was born in Denver, CO, on October 28, 1940 To Basilio & Valentina Rodriguez. She grew up in East Denver. Schools attended were : 23rd Street School, now known as Crofton Elementary, Cole Jr. High, and Manuel High School.
In her teen-aged years she, her sisters, and a group of girlfriends were known as "The Blue Flames". She was known as "Dynamite".
Grace was a hard working woman. She helped out when and where she could. She was a compassionate and forgiving person.
She was organized, disciplined, fair, & ethical. Those qualities led her to become a supervisor in six months at Rocky Mountain Orthodontics. She went on to supervise three departments with that company. Her career with them lasted 35+ years.
Her first marriage of 18 years with Rudy Perez blessed four children : Richard, Susanna, Robert, and Shirley.
Her second marriage of 43 years to James Jones blessed her fifth child Holly, and her two step daughters, Christy and Jamie.
Her legacy consists of 19 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Grace loved animals, plants, cooking, camping, fishing, playing card games, board games, 10,000, and going to Central City.
Above all, she loved her family! She looked forward to Broncos Sundays and holidays. Her house was a warm safe place, full of love because of her.
The memories of her laughing, dancing, singing, & being the life of the party will be cherished by many.
We all will miss her dearly.
