Hailey Nichole Bazil-Dennis, age 15, of Arvada, Colorado passed away on Friday, February 1, 2019. Hailey was born September 5, 2003 in Wheat Ridge, CO.

She was born to Crystal Bazil and Abraham Dennis in Wheat Ridge, and attended Pomona High School, where she was in 10th grade. She was active in basketball, soccer and orchestra throughout her life.
