97, of Lakewood, Colorado. Harvey passed away on Monday, October 23, 2017. Professionally, Harvey was a diesel mechanic for most of his life. He was also an avid hunter and fisherman in his younger years. As Harvey grew older, he gained a fondness for walking. He cherished his daily walks in the park near his home. He also thoroughly enjoyed swapping stories while walking with his dear friends at his local sports center.
Harvey is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Geneva Netherton. The two married on Sunday, January 6, 1946 in Sacramento, California.
He is survived by his two daughters, Cindy Henderson and Diane Byers. He is also survived by his sister, Edith Walters.
Visitation is Tuesday, October 31, 2017 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary.
A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 2:00pm at Fort Logan National Cemetery. Please assemble at staging area A.
