Helen was a loving wife and mother and was happily married to Harry Cook for 79 years. Helen’s favorite holiday was Christmas. She enjoyed baking, cooking, traveling, and going to Dutch Hops! She loved spending time with her family, especially her granddaughters and great-grandchildren.
Every day was a new adventure with her, “Nana’s” smile lit up the room and you could feel her laugh and love all the way to your heart.
Helen passed away peacefully in her home at the young age of 96. She will be missed by many.
Helen was survived by her daughters Janet M. Edelen (Donald) and Diane Edelen, her grandchildren Laura Edelen, Stephanie Schupbach (Joseph), Amanda Mannhalter (Josh), great-grandchildren Tyler Schupbach, Tanner Schupbach, Emily Grant, Kaitlyn Mannhalter, Jared Bakker, great-great-grandchildren Lillian Marie Mannhalter and Ariyah Louise Grant.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband Harry W. Cook, and her parents John Greenwalt and Elizabeth Green Greenwalt.
Mother will be greatly missed. Nana is who she was!
